Unfortunately when we cleaned out our kitchen we inadvertently disrupted a family of three tokay geckos as well as an ant colony. Since then the tokays seem to have formed a new nest in the roof and make it a point to poop right over the doorway into our kitchen. The ants continue to burrow their way into any crack leading into our house. The nice thing though is that at least one of the tokays comes out at night to munch on the bugs that gather in our kitchen. Plus, he's kind of cute :)
